The Senior Accountant is a detail-oriented role with a combination of client interaction, data review and tax return preparation. In addition to tax compliance work, this role involves both consulting and assisting clients with tax planning as they work with and support the Director of Tax.
Prepare, Review and analyze tax planning and returns.
Review client records including but not limited to financial statements, payroll reports and prior tax returns.
Responding to client tax questions.
Communicating with the various tax authorities.
Supporting the Director of Tax with client meeting follow-ups and additional work.
Supporting advisors with tax related questions and tax meeting follow-ups.
Researching tax issues and assisting with tax audits.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Projects assigned by the Director of tax or Advisor.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
4+ years of tax preparation experience
Experience using tax preparation software and applications
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven customer service skills
CPA credential
Adobe / Excel / Office skills

The Tax Administrator plays an integral role on the Tax Team, supporting both the team and the Director of Tax in delivering high-quality service to our clients. This position works closely with team members to ensure clients receive exceptional support across all aspects of tax compliance and consulting. The Tax Administrator reports directly to the Director of Tax.
Correspond with Clients – Including mail merge, e-mail, and cell phone communication.
Manage intake and delivery of client documents.
Manage tax client scheduling.
Manage and organize physical and virtual files.
Manage task tracking and workflows.
Build client surveys and templates.
Project support for the client service team as requested.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment or tax industry preferred
Experience with client engagement and customer service
Expert working knowledge of Office applications, CRM systems
Excellent oral and written communication
A seasoned pro in Maintaining a positive disposition and attitude with both clients and team members

The Lead Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering exceptional financial planning advice, managing ongoing relationships, and leading a service team that supports each client’s journey. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership capability, and a deep desire for helping people thrive financially.
Client Service & Planning
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a dedicated group of clients.
• Prepare, review, and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Lead the implementation of planning strategies with support from associate advisors and client service staff.
Leadership & Team Development
• Provide mentorship and oversight to associate advisors and support team members on client work.
• Participate in or lead internal initiatives that improve firm operations, planning capabilities, and culture.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
• Engage with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) to create referral opportunities and grow your client base.
• Build a defined personal presence within a niche or community that aligns with the firm’s long-term strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• 5–7+ years of experience as a financial advisor or comparable client advisory role
• CFP® designation (or a clear path to obtaining it soon)
• Series 65 license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Clean industry compliance record
• Demonstrated expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning
