Workplace Advisory Administrator

Full time, non-exempt, in-office/work from home

  • The Workplace Advisory Administrator role supports a dynamic team serving a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. The role provides administrative and operational assistance to the Workplace Advisory team as well as interacting with external contacts and clients. 

    • College degree 

    • 2-3 years of previous experience working in customer service preferred 

    • Experience with contact management systems 

    • Experience with data management and analytics reporting 

    • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel 

    • Personal integrity 

    • Professional, friendly demeanor

    • Starting Salary: $58,000 paid based on an hourly rate of $27.89

Advisor

Full time, exempt, in-office

  • The Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering exceptional financial planning advice and managing ongoing relationships within a team environment that supports each client’s journey. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership capability, and a deep desire for helping people thrive financially.

    A successful Advisor not only provides clear, confident planning advice but also lives out our firm’s values by mentoring others, contributing to firm strategy, and growing our presence in the community.

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

    • 5–7+ years of experience as a financial advisor or comparable client advisory role.

    • CFP® designation.

    • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain quickly).

    • Clean industry compliance record.

    • Demonstrated expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning.

    • High personal and professional integrity.

    • Clear communicator who can lead complex client conversations with empathy and confidence.

    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Passion for continuous learning and improvement.

    • Emotionally intelligent and service-minded.

    • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, growth-oriented culture.

  • Salary Range:

    $100k - $125k based on experience and credentials.

Client Service Administrator

Full time, in-office

  • Mon-Thursday 8:00a-4:30p, Friday 8:00-4p

    The Client Service Administrator (CSA) position is essential for maximizing the advisor’s time and strengthening the human connection between clients and our firm. In this role, the CSA collaborates with both the broader team and external service providers to deliver outstanding client service. The CSA is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with serving a focused core group of clients and reports directly to the Director of Client Service.

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficiency with Office applications and CRM systems

    • Technology friendly

    • Experienced team player

    • Positive attitude and disposition

    • Strong curiosity and learning mindset

  • Salary Range:

    Based on experience and skillset: $59,000 - $62,000

    Additional salary considerations for those with specific industry experience

2027 SUMMER Tax INTERNSHIP

    • We’re looking for a summer tax intern to join our team for two months in the summer of 2027.

    • You must be a declared financial services major with a concentration in accounting finishing Junior year by Spring 2026 to Spring 2027.

    • Potential for continued work into the 2027 - 2028 school year.

    • Summer employment at a competitive hourly rate.

    • Training and working alongside the Director of Tax and Tax Associate to assist with tax related client work and projects

    • Collaborate with other areas of the firm to gain an understanding of how our tax offering connects with our wealth management offering.

    • Application of classroom knowledge in the real world of investment and tax advice.

    • Learn the software tools our tax team utilizes.

    • Engagement with our full team in both working projects as well as socially during our hosted summer summer events.

    • Practical work experience with an independent registered investment advisory team’s varied service offerings.

    • Participation in building financial plans from the ground up for real clients.

    • Software training from e-Money and other software the firm utilizes.

    • Engagement with our vibrant team and inclusion in planned summer events.
