We are looking to hire an experienced CPA who can jump into the role of Tax Manager before next tax season. This role has a growth path with training to get you to the level of Senior Tax Manager. Salary offer will be tailored to prior experience.
While collaborating with the Director of Tax, you will manage a group of specific tax clients. Overarching responsibilities of this position include interacting with clients, review of tax returns and projections, tax consulting alongside the financial planning team, training Staff and Intern team members, performing tax research projects as well as staying current on tax laws.
Manage, review and sign client tax returns while building client relationships. This includes individual tax returns; some business, gift, estate/trust tax returns.
Assist in preparing complex client tax returns as needed.
Ensure deadlines are met for tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimates.
Willingness to work busy season hours in Feb-April, Sept-Oct, and as needed around other planning deadlines.
Support the Director of Tax and team.
Collaborate with financial advisors on tax-related questions and client meetings.
Run proactive tax planning projections and consult with clients throughout the year.
Communicate with various tax authorities to resolve notices and tax audits.
Supervise, train, and mentor less experienced tax team members.
Research tax issues and stay current on tax laws.
Active CPA license.
6+ years of tax preparation experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly detail oriented.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High personal and professional integrity.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 CPA credentialed, depending on years of experience.

This Client Service Administrator (CSA) role will specifically work with the tax team as an integral part of this team. The work of the CSA aids the team and the Director of Tax in achieving leverage to serve clients well. The position will work alongside the team to ensure the tax clients are served well through clear communication, strong organization and solid administrative processes. Success in this role comes from loving an administrative position and enjoying client support and care while working in a team structure delivering positive results for our clients. This position reports to the Director of Tax.

Manage intake and delivery of client documents both from document uploads to in person drop-offs.
Oversee scheduling for the tax team.
Manage and organize physical and virtual files.
Manage Task Tracking and workflows.
Build Client Surveys and Templates as needed.
Improve upon and add to internal processes.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in an office environment.
Experience with client engagement, client experience and customer service.
Strong working knowledge of Office applications, CRM systems.

The Lead Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering exceptional financial planning advice, managing ongoing relationships, and leading a service team that supports each client’s journey. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership capability, and a deep desire for helping people thrive financially.
Client Service & Planning
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a dedicated group of clients.
• Prepare, review, and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Lead the implementation of planning strategies with support from associate advisors and client service staff.
Leadership & Team Development
• Provide mentorship and oversight to associate advisors and support team members on client work.
• Participate in or lead internal initiatives that improve firm operations, planning capabilities, and culture.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
• Engage with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) to create referral opportunities and grow your client base.
• Build a defined personal presence within a niche or community that aligns with the firm’s long-term strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• 5–7+ years of experience as a financial advisor or comparable client advisory role
• CFP® designation (or a clear path to obtaining it soon)
• Series 65 license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Clean industry compliance record
• Demonstrated expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning
Salary: $125,000-$150,000 based on years and type of client experience.
